Refund Policy - 

Returns

Given the nature of our business-- sales/service and repair, we do not accept returns. Your experience is a priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please email us at HOUSEOFVAC22@GMAIL.COM within 30 days of your purchase.

 

Refunds/ Exchanges

Gift cards are not refundable.

To complete a refund or exchange, we require a receipt with proof of purchase. We generally provide store credit, however, each refund/ store credit will be evaluated on an individual basis, and determined thereof. Please do not send your purchase back without direction. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 60 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have been approved for a refund and haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at HOUSEOFVAC22@GMAIL.COM
